[Notice] Document OCR default model change (Aug 1) and ocr-250904 deprecation (Sep 30)

Dear Valued Upstage User,

Two changes are coming to the Document OCR API: a new default model on August 1, 2026, and the deprecation of ocr-250904 on September 30, 2026 (KST).

What's changing

1. Default model change: On August 1, 2026 (KST), the ocr alias will switch from ocr-250904 to ocr-260630.

2. Version deprecation: ocr-250904 will be deprecated on September 30, 2026 (KST). From that date, requests specifying ocr-250904 will be rejected with an error.

If you call the ocr alias:
No action is required. Your requests will be routed to ocr-260630 automatically on August 1, 2026 (KST).

If you pin ocr-250904:
Update to ocr-260630, or switch to the ocr alias, before September 30, 2026 (KST) to avoid service disruption.

We recommend testing ocr-260630 before the default changes — you can call both versions explicitly to compare results.
